1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Roofers Friend platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Roofers Friend provides business automation software for roofing contractors, including a dedicated business phone number, automated SMS messaging, lead management, invoicing, and payment follow-up tools.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and operate a legitimate business to use this Service. By using Roofers Friend, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and current.
4. SMS Messaging and Compliance
By using the Roofers Friend platform to send SMS messages, you agree to:
- Only send messages to individuals who have contacted you or consented to receive communications from your business
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA messaging guidelines
- Not use the platform to send spam, unsolicited marketing, or illegal content
- Honor all STOP requests immediately and not re-engage opted-out recipients
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of SMS messaging complies with applicable law.
5. Subscription and Payment
Roofers Friend is offered on a subscription basis at $149 per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store payment card information.
6. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial period. After 14 days, a subscription is required to continue using the Service.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal messages
- Harass, threaten, or abuse any individual
- Violate any applicable local, state, or federal law
- Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the platform
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
Roofers Friend is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue, missed calls, or undelivered messages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
